Policy Committee

The Policy committee shall review and interpret all Bylaws, policy statements, and rules of procedure as may be requested by the chairperson of the Board of Directors, the officers, committee  chairpersons or membership, and subject to the approval of the Board of Directors shall initiate and recommend to the membership at an annual a special meeting called for such purpose, any changes to the Bylaws or rules which they deem necessary. Additional Bylaw changes submitted with or without board approval by qualified members shall be accepted by the Policy Committee, provided a petition signed by a minimum of five (5) members in good standing is submitted not later then 75 days in advance of the annual meeting or any special meeting.
