Bulletin Board: Dog Found

I just received word from my husband that Rowdy was found in our yard this morning but appears to have been attacked by a pig.  He says he has "deep wounds in both legs" - I am trying to contact the emergency vet line at this moment to see if there is anything we can do for him today (I understand the pet hospital is on the other side of the island)  - perhaps tightly bandaging and waiting until morning to take him to our local vet?

If anyone has experience with their pet being attacked by a pig before, we'd greatly appreciate any advice on how to best care for him.
