Make a Fern Acres Mandatory Road Fees Payment

Under the Mandatory Road Maintenance Agreement (MRMA), annual road fees are $220 per lot. Payments are due between January 1 and March 31. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.

We accept payments by check, money order, or credit card. Visit the FACA office at 11-3602 Lehua Street (Pole 7) or call us at (808) 968-6006 to pay in person or by phone.
